What is this store's return and exchange policy?

We do not offer refunds, we do offer exchanges as long as there is no evident tampering of the bundles. If the bundles that need to be exchange are evident of use or process we will not be able to exchange the hair. Hair Queens does reserve the right to make a decision for exchange based on the condition of the returned hair.

Are your wefts sealed?

What color will the hair come?

All our hair is 100% virgin unprocessed hair so it will come in a natural dark brown to light brown color.

How much does your hair weigh?

All of our bundles weigh 3.5 to 3.8 ounces.

What is the difference between Brazilian, Malaysian, Peruvian, and Indian?

Brazilian is very thick, and is the most popular , Brazilian hair also has a medium luster blends well with all hair types. Malaysian hair tends to be more coarse and has high luster. Peruvian Hair is very soft out of all the textures and more fine so the hair is not as thick as most textures. Indian hair is fine with a high luster.

Can I color my hair?

Yes. Any textured hair is 100% unprocessed human hair that can be colored and or lifted to any level desired. However when coloring hair (Any Pattern) we recommend that you consult with a professional due to coloring your hair is considered processing the hair.

How long will my hair last?

Your virgin hair can last from 6months up to a 1 year if maintained correctly.
